Product Highlights
1. Posts: Made from galvanised steel tubes with a diameter of 114 mm and a wall thickness of 2.0 mm. After machining, the posts undergo a special rust-removal process followed by sandblasting. Surface treatment: CO₂ shielded arc welding, followed by polishing and a high-temperature electromagnetic baking process using outdoor polyester resin powder coating. The coating is cured at high temperature, resulting in a smooth surface that is UV-resistant, corrosion-resistant, vibrantly coloured and resistant to flaking.
2. Platform: Dimensions 1100 × 1100 mm, fitted with drainage holes. UV-resistant, corrosion-resistant, with vibrant colours and a finish that is resistant to flaking.
3. Steel Pipe Fittings: Galvanised steel pipes with outer diameters of 25, 28, 32, 38, 48 and 60;
4. Plastic components: Manufactured using imported rotomoulding-specific materials via rotomoulding. The plastic granules consist of imported engineering plastics of food-grade quality, with the addition of UV stabilisers, anti-static agents and anti-ageing agents. They are formed in a single operation using large-scale bidirectional rotomoulding machines. The surface is smooth, safe and environmentally friendly, and resistant to fading. Surface finish: moulded surface, matt finish.
5. Pole cap base: Material: Cast aluminium alloy. Surface treatment: High-temperature electromagnetic baking paint using outdoor polyester-based resin powder coating.
6. Hardware components: Material: Stainless steel semi-round heads and anti-slip nuts. Surface treatment: Mechanical polishing.
7. Connecting Fittings: Material: High-strength aluminium alloy, cast in a single piece; rubber spacers are fitted at the contact points between the fittings and the posts, along with precision fastening screws. Surface treatment: Cast aluminium alloy, mechanical polishing, and high-temperature electromagnetic baking paint using outdoor polyester-based resin powder coating.
