Product Highlights
1. Columns: Utilized 114mm in diameter and 2.0mm thick galvanized steel pipes. After overall processing, the pipes undergo special rust removal and sandblasting treatments. Surface treatment involves CO2 arc welding, followed by polishing, application of high-temperature polyester resin powder paint, high-temperature curing process. As a result, the surface becomes smooth, resistant to ultraviolet rays and corrosion, with bright colors and minimal tendency to peel off.
2. Platform: The platform has dimensions of 1100*1100 mm, and includes holes for water drainage. It is resistant to ultraviolet rays, corrosion, and maintains bright colors without easily fading over time.
3. Steel pipe fittings: Outer diameters of 25/28/32/38/48/60, made of galvanized steel pipes;
4. Plastic parts: Made from imported rotomolding special materials, formed through rotomolding process. The plastic pellets use imported engineering plastics, meeting food-grade standards; additionally, ultraviolet stabilizers, antistatic agents, and anti-aging agents are added. These plastic parts are formed in one piece by large rotomolding machines, with smooth surfaces, safe and environmentally friendly, and not prone to fading. Surface treatment includes mold pressing and flat polishing.
5. Column cover baseplate: Material: cast aluminum alloy; Surface treatment: coated with high-temperature electromagnetic paint using polyester resin powder for outdoor applications.
6. Metal parts: Material: stainless steel with semi-circular heads; Anti-slip nuts; Surface treatment: mechanical polishing.
7. Connection fasteners: Material: High-strength aluminum alloy is used for one-time casting. Rubber pads are added at the points where the fasteners contact the columns. Secure locking screws are also used. Surface treatment: Cast aluminum alloy, mechanically polished, coated with high-temperature electromagnetic paint using polyester resin powder.
