Product Highlights
1.Columns: Utilized 114mm in diameter and 2.0mm thick galvanized steel pipes. After overall processing, the surfaces are treated with special techniques to remove rust and apply a sanding process. Surface treatment includes CO2 arc welding, followed by polishing, application of high-temperature electromagnetic paint, and a high-temperature curing process. The resulting surface is smooth, resistant to ultraviolet rays and corrosion, with bright colors that resist peeling. 2.Platform: The platform has dimensions of 1100 x 1100 mm and is equipped with water-draining holes. It is resistant to ultraviolet rays and corrosion, maintaining bright colors without fading easily over time. 3.Steel pipe fittings: Outer diameters of 25, 28, 32, 38, 48, 60mm, made of galvanized steel pipes. 4.Plastic parts: Made from imported materials specialized for rotational molding and manufactured through a rotational molding process. The plastic granules utilize imported engineering plastics that comply with food-grade standards, with added UV stabilizers, anti-static agents, and anti-aging agents. These plastic components are molded in a single piece using large rotational molding equipment, featuring a smooth surface that is safe, environmentally friendly, and resistant to fading. Surface treatments include molded texturing and smooth matte finishing. 5.Column cover baseplate: Material: cast aluminum alloy. Surface treatment: coated with high-temperature electromagnetic paint using outdoor-grade polyester resin powder. 6.Metal parts: Material: stainless steel with semi-circular heads, anti-slip nuts. Surface treatment: mechanical polishing. 7.Connection fasteners: Material: high-strength aluminum alloy cast in a single process. Rubber pads are inserted at contact points between the fasteners and columns, secured with anti-theft locking screws. Surface treatment: cast aluminum alloy, mechanically polished, and coated with high-temperature electromagnetic paint using outdoor-grade polyester resin powder.
