Family reviewing playground planning details at an outdoor play site
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For standard equipment, MOQ can be 1 set. For customized park projects we support low-MOQ trial orders and full layout solutions based on your venue and budget.

How do I request a quote?

Use the Contact / Request quote page. Please send the model or series, quantity, destination country, site size, and voltage (110V / 220V / 380V). We reply with a quotation path after checking the information.

What is the lead time, and how do you handle shipping and installation?

Production is typically 15–30 days depending on scale. We support sea freight (FOB / CIF / DDP), packing and export documents, plus manuals, foundation drawings and install videos. Engineers can support on-site for complex rides.

What product series do you offer?

Outdoor playgrounds including Classic (Sunshine, Crown, wooden combos), Jungle Star, Interstellar Space, plus indoor FEC / ball-pool ranges and water park equipment. Share your site type and we will recommend a series.

Can you customize the rides for our layout, electrical standard or park theme?

Yes. We offer CAD layout and 3D views, theme/color/fiberglass options, and electrical systems matched to local grid (110V / 220V / 380V, 50/60Hz).

Indoor or outdoor — which should I choose?

Outdoor sets (Classic / Jungle Star / Space) use galvanized steel structures for parks and schools. Indoor lines (ball pool, themed FEC) suit malls and family entertainment centers. Send site photos or drawings if you are unsure.

Do the products meet international safety standards?

Equipment is built for commercial use. Relevant models can follow CE, ISO9001 and EN / ASTM requirements. Third-party inspection (SGS / TÜV) can be arranged before shipment. Ask which certificates apply to your models.

How do you handle installation and after-sales overseas?

We provide installation manuals, foundation drawings and videos. For complex equipment we can dispatch engineers for install and training. Core parts typically include a 12–24 month warranty, with spare parts and technical support after that.
